The following error is displayed when importing SSL certificate on NetScaler:
Invalid cert/key or Pass-phrase
Resolution
Ensure that the certificate format that is used is in PEM format and not PFX format. To convert a PFX format certificate to PEM format, refer to CTX136444 - How to Convert PFX Certificate to PEM Format for Use with NetScaler.
