Description

Shift+F2 is unresponsive within published desktop sessions. Desired behavior for customer from 5.x environment is for shift+f2 to break seamless and cause the published desktops to toggle between full screen and windowed mode.

Resolution

With 7.x and the implementation of desktop viewer, the options in viewer superseded the ability to toggle between seamless and nonseamless mode using shift+f2. In order to allow shift+f2 to toggle between windowed and nonwindowed mode in a Citrix Desktop session, desktop viewer must be disabled to engage a type of legacy mode where behavior works as it would in a 5.x environment.
