Description

When WSCReconnectMode value 8 is set the existing session does not reconnect on logon. 
The expected behavior is on logon the session will reconnect.

Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.

Resolution

32-bit System:
Modify registry key under: HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Citrix\Dazzle
Set WSCReconnectMode to a value of 8.

64-bit System: 
Modify registry key under: HKLM\Software\Citrix\Dazzle
Set WSCReconnectMode to a value of 8.

8 = reconnect on both Windows logon and power resume

Reset Citrix Receiver.
Reconfigure with store URL.


Problem Cause

After setting the registry key, the store must be re-configured to update the registry to trigger reconnect on logon.
