The default Citrix Monitor screen refresh rate in ICA session is 30 Hz. 
Instructions
1. Create following registry entry in VDAPath：HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Vd3d
Vaule Name：VSyncRate
Type：REG_DWORD
Data：60 (Decimal. The max value is 60, the default value is 30)
2. Reconnect ICA session.
