Resolution

To fix the issue, follow these steps:

  1. In the master image, open notepad as Administrator.

  2. In notepad, open C:\ProgramData\Citrix\personal vDisk\Config\regkey_rules.txt

  3. Search for name=”\Enum\Root\”

  4. Modify that entry to name=”\Enum\”

  5. Save the file

For MCS, update the catalog.
For PVS, take inventory and promote the vDisk to update the catalog.

Problem Cause

Change to registry_rules.txt caused issue.
