Description
Cannot start apps. Please run Reset Receiver to resolve a lockdown conflict for LegacyLocalUserNameAndPassword (error 2320).

Resolution
Create a group policy to change the following registry key:
HKLM\Software\Policies\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Policies\All Regions\Lockdown\Logon\Local Credentials
REG_SZ = TRUE,FALSE
