PVD initialisation failure, also the VDA registration state showing "Agent error" in Studio

Description
VDI showing unregistered for users
1. We were getting the below error from the Traces which was related to the PVD initialization.
"PVD Failed: 10 - An internal error occurred while starting the Personal vDisk. Review the Personal vDisk logs for further details."
2. Due to the same issue the VDA registration was failing partially,. at first attempt the registration was failing, however, the registration succeeds in subsequent attempts.
3. While checking the Studio console, the Machine registration status was found "Agent error"
Resolution
This happens due to some malfunction in the Hypervisor, especially at the PVD disk, hence attaching and detaching the Disk should fixed the issue.
Problem Cause
PVD disk related uissues in Hypervisor.
