Affected users see multiple stores configured (CCA4-UK, CCA4-UK1, CCA4-UK2 and so on). Receiver was installed via Script or Package and Store is configured via Studio or Delivery Group.

Resolution

Reset Receiver using the following steps:

Right click the Receiver icon in the tray.
Go to About > Advanced.
Click Reset Receiver.

If you do not want users to see applications if another user is going to share the end point, you can ensure that applications are removed when the user logs off or exits:

If you want Receiver to remove all applications on logoff Configure Receiver withRemoveAppsOnLogoff=True
If you want Receiver to remove applications on exit Configure Receiver withRemoveAppsOnExit=True
