The customization made to NetScaler 11 portal themes does not take effect.

To workaround this issue:

1. Use Google Chrome browser to customize the Portal Themes.

2. Ensure that there is no en.xml file stuck in /var/tmp directory.

3. Using an SSH connection navigate to /var/netscaler/logon/themes/<theme-name>/resources/ and ensure that the en.xml file is not corrupted. If necessary remove and recreate the portal theme.

4. Copy the following 6 files - ja.xml, fr.xml, es.xml, en.xml, de.xml in /var/netscaler/logon/themes/Greenbubble_Custom directory to /var/netscaler/logon/themes/EULA directory.

You can also test unbinding and rebinding the Portal Theme.
A number of issues are resolved by refreshing the theme on the vServer

NetScaler Gateway Portal Theme has some known issues which will be addressed in an upcoming release.
