Description
The Citrix Desktop Service service will not stay on. Receiving the following event id in system logs:
Event ID 7031
and in the application logs receiving the following errors:
application error, event ID 1000 KERNELBASE.dll, BrokerAgent,exe and .NET Runtime event ID 1026 BrokerAgent,exe
Resolution
Rebuilt WMI Providers on the Server VDA
Problem Cause
Windows Management Instrumentation fails due to repository corruption or the repository is too large
