Description
NetScaler Gateway stuck at cgi/setclient after log on.
Resolution
- To resolve this issue disable USIP globally and on any created services.
- Check if the WI/SF is reachable through Netscaler on http/https as specified in session profile.
- Make sure all the ports are opened between Netscaler and storefront/WI as specified in below article:
