Error: "No gateways configured for this service" When Connecting to StoreFront Through NetScaler Gateway

Description
When you access the NetScaler Gateway virtual server, you are presented with the log on screen. After entering the log on details StoreFront does not progress further then the Green spinning circle page.
The following error is recorded in the StoreFront event log:
A request was sent to service 'XAStore' that was detected as passing through a gateway. However no gateways are configured for this service. Request details: X-Citrix-Gateway: X-Citrix-Via: <hostname that resolves to VIP> X-Citrix-Via-VIP: <vip IP> Remote Address: ::1 X-Forwarded-For: <client IP>,<SNIP>
Resolution
To resolve this issue import the relevant CA into "computer\trusted root certificates" store.
Problem Cause
The StoreFront server did not trust the NetScaler Gateway certificate.
