Description
- Session Reliability Feature Does Not Restore Session When ICA AppFlow is Enabled and NetScaler High Availability Failover Occurs
- When AppFlow Logging is enabled on NetScaler Gateway virtual server, NetScaler failover causes ICA sessions to disconnect.
Resolution
To resolve this issue upgrade to NetScaler 11.1 49.16 or higher.
The following is a snippet from the NetScaler 11.1 release notes which mentions about this issue:-
If a NetScaler high-availability failover occurs when ICA AppFlow is enabled, the session reliability feature now restores the session. This capability is currently disabled by default and configurable through CLI. The CLI command to enable/disable the feature is:
