Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) does not work when configured through NetScaler.

Complete the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Verify if the SNMP community names, match what you specified on the SNMP server.
2. Verify if the SNMP manager has the IP address specified on the management network.
3. Remove the manager and add the network IP and subnet mask where the SNMP server is located.

Problem Cause

If you configure one or more SNMP managers, the appliance accepts and responds only to SNMP queries from those specific IP addresses.
