Description

There might be some websites that you want users to access that have Java content.

This article enables you to allow Java content to be displayed properly in all web browsers. (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, FireFox)

Note: The XenApp server and client must have the most updated versions of Java installed locally.

Instructions

You need to add the website to the Java Exception Site List from the Java Control Panel. Complete the following steps on each XenApp server that hosts the web browsers for users.

  1. On the XenApp server go to and open the Java Control Panel located at Windows Control Panel > Java (32-bit).
Note: In this example, the 32-bit version of the Java control panel is accessed. If you do not have the 32-bit version this might be why your users are having issues. You may need to install Java 32-bit on your XenApp server. You can try going through these steps in the Java (64-bit) Control Panel but if they do not resolve your issue, install the 32-bit version of Java on the XenApp server and follow these steps.
