Description

This program is a troubleshooting aid and it does not modify the system. It calls standard Windows print spooler APIs to find the directories where the Citrix Universal Printer Driver is installed. It then prints the following information about the files comprising the Citrix Universal Printer Driver to facilitate troubleshooting:

a. SHA-1 hash

b. File size in bytes

c. DLL or EXE file version

d. File name

e. Directory

Note: Run this program when requested by Citrix Technical Support

Prerequisites

For 32-bit systems: “Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable” or “Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable – x86”

For 64-bit systems: “Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (x64)” or “Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable – x64”
