Users cannot open an application or desktop if Session Reliability is disabled. Opening applications and desktops from XenApp or XenDesktop work on all devices, except iPad. Connections over port 2598 works, but port 1494 does not work.

To resolve this issue, complete the following procedure:
Restart the XML service.
Select Access Gateway > Virtual Servers from the Configuration Utility.
Select the required virtual server and clear the option for the incorrect STA server in the Configure Access Gateway Virtual Server window. Click OK.
Select Access Gateway > Virtual Servers from the Configuration Utility.
Ensure that the correct STA appears in the configuration.
Disabling session reliability in XenApp or XenDesktop Access Gateway Enterprise Edition setting breaks all connections. This forces all connections to use port 1494.
The user has changed the UID of the Secure Ticket Authority (STA) server to an invalid value (such as upper and lower case letters and or special characters). This might be a result of cloning the server.
