Purpose:
 
The article is designed to assist customers on how to remit payments, with bank account details and payment procedures based on their Account geo location and currency involved. 
 

Procedure:

  1. Review Invoice: Verify payment instructions and ensure you have the Customer ID.
  2. Choose Payment Method: Use wire transfer or ACH; cheques are being phased out, and credit cards are not accepted.
  3. Provide Account Information: Include Customer ID, Invoice Number, and applicable details like Org ID, PO numbers, or order numbers.
  4. Remittance Details:
    • Refer to the banking information provided in the invoice for specific remittance details based on account geo & currency. For more specific details on remittance, please refer to the Banking details section in this article. 
    • If you have any issues or queries related to payments, contact the Account geo-specific POCs for assistance.
