Description
When the user logs on to Windows working with Receiver and UPM, the Published Applications Icons in the Start menu appear with a delay of more than 60 seconds.
Resolution
Include AppData\Local\Citrix\PNAgent\Icon Cache\*.ico in the Files to Synchronize in the UPM policies. When this change is applied, the Applications Published Icons appear immediately at logon.
Problem Cause
The Published Applications Icons are located in the path - AppData\Local\Citrix\PNAgent\Icon Cache. This delay originated because the AppData\Local folder is excluded in the UPM policies.
