After explicitly logging on to Web Interface or Receiver StoreFront, clicking an application causes a Windows Gina prompt (additional challenge) to appear with “RSA SecureID” logo and user name as “Other User”.
Clicking the RSA SecureID logo allows a User Name and RSA Passcode to be entered. After explicitly entering the User Name and RSA Passcode and logging in, the application launches successfully.
