Description

Unable to scan using a Fujitsu fi-6130 series scanner when streaming to a 64 bit target.

Resolution

Complete the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Update to the OfflinePlug-in_6.5.002 or later.

  2. Add the following Ignore rule to the profile: “HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Citrix\Install\CSS\ExcludedCLSIDs”
{A1F4E726-8CF1-11D1-BF92-0060081ED811}. (Ensure to include the brackets).
Note: Additional information on adding rules is available in the Application Streaming section of eDocs under To create an isolation environment rule. Click here.

  3. Copy the following registry key on the x64 target - HKLM\Software\Classes\Interface\{E5332A98-80FD-463C-80E4-A8E370752906} to HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Classes\Interface\{E5332A98-80FD-463C-80E4-A8E370752906}.
Note: The original registry (HKLM\Software\Classes\Interface\{E5332A98-80FD-463C-80E4-A8E370752906}) can be manually exported to a .reg file.

  4. Edit the .reg file to add wow6432node to the path, and then import the modified key manually or using a script.

Problem Cause

This error may occur if there is a failure to initiate the IStillImage COM interface due to a registry isolation malfunction.
