Description
In XenApp version 6.x, the smart card removal policy does not work.
Resolution
To resolve the preceding issue, ensure that the Smart Card Removal Policy and Citrix Smart Card Services are started and set to automatic as shown in the following screen shot:
Problem Cause
XenApp version 6.x relies on the Microsoft’s Smart Card Removal Policy Service, which is not started.
