Description
A user connecting to a desktop receives the following error message:
“The security data base on the server does not have a computer account for this work trust relationship.”

Resolution
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft to correct this problem. The hotfix is available for download from the following link:

Complete the following steps to resolve the issue:

Validate there are no desktops provisioned from the template.

Set the template Pre-start the setting to 0.

Wait for the desktops in the New column to get cleaned up and for the console to display zero (0).

Destroy any existing user sessions currently using this template using the red X icon under Desktops, in the User Sessions tab.

Edit the VDI-in-a-Box published image to generate a draft image from it.

Download and install the recommended Microsoft patch on the draft image once the draft image gets to a running state. After you have installed and verified the patch, follow the steps in the wizard to prepare and save the image.

Provision the required number of desktops from the template.
