This article outlines issues, and known workarounds for them that the users of Microsoft Windows 7 Client must be aware of in conjunction with the following Citrix products:

• Citrix XenApp Hosted Client 12.1

• Citrix XenApp Streaming Client 6.0

• Citrix XenDesktop 4.0

• Citrix XenDesktop 5.0

• Citrix Smart Auditor

• Citrix Password Manager

The following information outlines issues and their known workarounds that users of Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 must be aware of in conjunction with the preceding Citrix products.

Issue

The Windows Security option is missing on an 32-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Virtual Desktop under Start Menu and on 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Virtual Desktop, the Windows Security option is visible but upon clicking, it is unresponsive.

Workaround

Currently there is no workaround available for this issue.
