Background

When the user disconnects a session, Virtual Delivery Agent (VDA) locks the computer for security reasons. At the time of enabling the Remove Lock Computer policy, the VDA fails to lock the system when the session disconnects.

To validate if the Remove Lock Computer policy is enabled with Local Group Policy Editor, verify User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System Ctrl-Alt-Del Options > Remove Lock Computer is Enabled.

User-added image

If the user enables Remove Lock Computer, the REG_DWORD value DisableLockWorkstation is configured with the value of 1.

Caution! Refer to the Disclaimer at the end of this article before using Registry Editor.
