New Fixes in This Release

  1. When trying to play back videos using the SmartAuditor Player on XenApp servers, the following error message appears for users with mandatory profiles:

"Download of the recorded session file failed. Cannot open or download recorded session file due to an error while obtaining the Cryptographic Service Provider context. This error is possibly due to your Windows user account having a temporary profile on this computer, instead of a local or roaming profile. This may occur if your roaming profile failed to download or you only have guest privileges on this computer or domain. Consult with your system administrate to resolve this problem. Further details about the error are displayed below: The profile for the user is a temporary profile."

Note: After installing this fix, you must purge previously cached recordings.

Fixes from Replaced Hotfixes

  1. Skipping back or forward to a specific time while playing back a large recording can cause the player to exit unexpectedly.
