This article describes how to modify ICA-TCP Listener with Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration for XenApp. Changes made to the ICA listener using the remote desktop session host configuration tool does not get applied in a session.
Microsoft does not support ICA under the Desktop Session Host Configuration menu. Settings configured in this location do not function.

Instructions

Although the remote desktop session host configuration tool includes the listener configurations for both ICA and RDP, settings for ICA must be configured using the ICA listener configuration tool included with XenApp.
The ICA listener configuration tool is located at Start > All Programs > Citrix > Administration Tools > ICA Listener Configuration.

Note: The only available options on the listener configuration tools are the following.

• Disconnected Session Timeouts

• Active Session Limit Timeouts

• ICA Connection Limits per Network Adapter

• Environment Options

In addition to these settings, the client must use Citrix Policies to apply other desired settings.
