This article describes how to use XenCenter to collect a server status report.
Complete the following procedure:
From the XenCenter main menu, select Tools.
Select Server Status Report...
The Server Status Report dialog opens:
Select the data you would like to include in the report.
Click Next to continue.
Specify the file name and destination for your compiled server status report:
The destination folder for your server status report must exist and be writable by XenCenter.
Click Next.
The server status report is compiled. XenCenter shows the progress of this task.
After the report is successfully compiled, click Finish to close the dialog.

After collecting the server status report, you can upload it to Citrix Insight Services (https://cis.citrix.com/ ). This site can be used to understand the server or pool general health when not facing critical issues.
