In Windows 11, go to the Workspace app for website in Edge and click on "Detect Citrix Workspace app" and you will see the "Open Citrix Workspace Launcher" prompt. Clicking "Allow" at that prompt does not redirect to the next page. Auto Redirection to Desktop/App list via Gateway stuck in "Detect Citrix Workspace app" page https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX463664/ In this case, the environment is used via Citrix Gateway, but this issue also occurred when we tried connecting without Citrix Gateway. 

Problem Cause

When a user authenticates to NetScaler Gateway via a smart card, Web Helper is unable to present the STA ticket because the entire vserver is protected with certificate auth and Web Helper receives a certificate challenge when attempting to establish its initial SSL connection to the gateway. The Web Helper detection and launch mechanism is therefore not supported for NSG cert auth.
