Description
You may observe ICA launch failures with error: 2517 through NetScaler gateway ICA proxy vServer. The issue happens when EDT(Adaptive transport) is enabled randomly.

Problem Cause
This issue is a BUG when NetScaler tries to allocate port of SNIP for UDP session to VDA.
