After uninstalling Receiver for Windows, re-installation fails with the following error: Installation NOT successful for 'XenApp Web Plug-in', error: 1612

Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.

Try the following steps. You can determine [GUID] in the install log below.

1) Delete the following registry key(s)

 Key Name:  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\[GUID]

 Also delete If present.

 Key Name:  HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\[GUID]

2) Install Receiver for Windows again

Problem Cause

According to Install log, ICAWebWrapper.msi file was not found in the path when attempting to use LastUsedSource from source list.
The path in LastUsedSource had already deleted and it did not existed.
