The contact logging in must be a named contact on the service agreement
Instructions
- Log on to My Account using the user name and password associated to the company that purchased the service agreement.
- Click Create/View Service Requests.
- Click the View Entitlement Details link at the top right corner.
- From the Contact Support section of the page, select My Support and use the same My Account credentials to login to the Citrix Support site.
- From the Home Page of the Support site navigate to the Entitlements tab.
- This tab displays the support programs and maintenance entitlements the company has access to.
- To request support proceed to the Cases tab and select New Case.
Issue/Introduction
This document assists customers in verifying if they have a service agreement and describes how to locate the agreement number through the Citrix My Account portal.
