This is expected behavior.
Starting with VDA 2607, uberAgent is installed as a system component. As a result, it is not displayed in the list of installed applications in Windows.
The SystemComponent registry value is set to 1 under the uberAgent uninstall registry key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{15F345E5-0880-4354-A2E5-8BAE55B24A12}

A value of 1 for SystemComponent causes Windows to treat the application as a system component and prevents it from being displayed in the Installed apps list.
The application remains fully installed and functional on the system.
The uberAgent MSI installation log, located in: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\Citrix\XenDesktop Installer\MSI Log Files shows that the SystemComponent value is intentionally set during installation:
MSI (s) (F4:DC) [03:49:25:273]: Executing op: RegOpenKey(Root=-2147483646,Key=SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{15F345E5-0880-4354-A2E5-8BAE55B24A12},,BinaryType=1,,)
MSI (s) (F4:DC) [03:49:25:273]: Executing op: RegAddValue(Name=SystemComponent,Value=#1,)
If it is necessary to display uberAgent in the list of installed applications, the SystemComponent registry value can be changed from 1 to 0 (Caution! Refer to the Disclaimer at the end of this article before using the Registry Editor.)
"Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it."
After installing or upgrading the VDA to version 2607, uberAgent does not appear in the list of installed applications in Windows.

According to the Citrix documentation, uberAgent is integrated with the VDA and is installed automatically.
Task Manager shows that the uberAgent.exe process is running.
