App Layering redirecting Page File to D reverts back to C

Description
When trying to redirect the Page File from C: to D:, you are able to make the change but find it reverts back to C:
Cause
The Page File should not be redirected in any layer, it is function that is performed by both PVS and MCSIO on startup of provisioned machines. If you redirect the Page File in a layer, App Layering will move it back to C:
Resolution
Do not redirect the Page File in any layer. Allow PVS/MCSIO to do the redirection on startup of provisioned machines.
