When a Citrix administrator or Help Desk user navigates to Trends > Network in Citrix Director, no Network data is displayed.
The following message is displayed:
No details are available.
Network configuration is missing. Please open Help to learn how to configure or remove Network.

A CDF trace captured on the Director server during user logon shows the following errors:
Loading plugin panel file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Director\bin\..\DisplayConfig\HdxInsightPlugin\HdxInsightForUDPluginConfig.xml failed with exception could not perform the logon operation and inner exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

A network trace shows that NetScaler Console returns an HTTP 400 Bad Request response:
HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request\r\n
A double quotation mark character (") in the password can cause the JSON request generated by Director to be parsed incorrectly by NetScaler Console. As a result, NetScaler Console returns an HTTP 400 Bad Request response and Director is unable to retrieve the Network data.
Check whether the password configured for the NetScaler Console account contains a double quotation mark (").
As a workaround, change the password and replace the double quotation mark character (") with a different supported character.
This article describes an issue where Citrix Director does not display Network data, even though the integration with NetScaler Console has been configured successfully.
The integration between Director and NetScaler Console is configured using the DirectorConfig tool:
DirectorConfig /confignetscaler
The administrator can also successfully access the NetScaler Console web page using the same account configured for the Director integration.
