Local C: mapping failing on first logon on Desktop VDI

Description
Issue was not seen in a multi session Server environment.
Once changed to a Windows 11 VDI, the issue presented itself. With DEM disabled on the Windows 11 VDI, there was no issue seen.
DEM looked to be preventing userinit.exe from loading correctly into the ICA session.
Cause
DEM looks to possibly have differing behaviour from a Server OS to a Desktop OS. No issues seen with CVAD on a Server VDA running the same version of DEM. When running the same components on a Desktop OS, the issue was seen.
Resolution
Enhancement request raised tracking under RFE-8384 for product team to consider an automated retry interval for our shell to call userinit.exe
Issue/Introduction
Users were experiencing issues with their local D: being mapped into their ICA session.
On first logon to a published application, the C: from the local endpoint was not present. After a disconnect and reconnect, the C: was available within the ICA session once again.
