User connection refused on VDA after enabling "Network Telemetry" Policy in Citrix DaaS
Cause
IIS listening on port 443 causing listener creation to fail during launch
Resolution
Either change citrix SSLPORT via regedit
- Run regedit and go to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\icawd.
- Change the SSLPort DWORD value to a different port (example 446) – SSL port number. Default: 443
or
Configure third party app to listen on another port 0 not 443
