Reason : InvalidOperationException
Exception : System.InvalidOperationException: ADIdentityService_Error : Failed to get domain info for domain xxx.domain.com
Cause
The AD Agent service on the Cloud Connectors runs as the Network Service Account of the Connector, and hence requires permission to list and read objects in the domain.
Resolution
Ensure that Authenticated users has read permissions on the OU where the domain controllers reside.
Issue/Introduction
Federated domain missing during MCS Machine Catalog creation in Citrix Cloud. Domain is visible and federated but not selectable.
