In environments running a mix of version 2603 and older Delivery Controllers (DDCs), a compatibility gap in the "Operational Event" library causes data processing to stall.

Consequently, the Director Dashboard stops updating and fails to show connected sessions and failures. 

You can still see session info via User Search and going to User Details page

Method 1: Upgrade All Controllers (Recommended) 

• Upgrade all DDCs within the environment to version 2603. 

• Once all controllers are uniform, execute the attached PowerShell script on one DDC to clear the backlog and resume normal processing. 

 
Method 2: Disconnect Older DDCs 

• Identify any DDCs still running older versions and remove/disconnect them from the site. 

• After the older DDCs are removed, execute the attached PowerShell script on a remaining 2603 DDC to restore Dashboard functionality. 

Citrix Director may delay to display current connected sessions or failure data on the Dashboard following an upgrade to version 2603.

While the environment is in this mixed-version state, any sessions launched or terminated will be missed or not recorded in the monitoring database.
