  • Web Studio on one Delivery Controller shows legacy Licensing screen with the message "You do not have permission to add Licenses. Contact you License server administrator." after a successful LAS activation.

Cause

Web Studio cache issue on the affected DDC.

Resolution

Restarting the Citrix Orchestration Service on the affected DDC resolved the issue.
