As part of a recent enhancement, customers can now self‑service the creation and onboarding of new Citrix Cloud accounts. This option is recommended for customers who prefer to create and manage a new cloud account independently rather than migrating an existing one.
As a Citrix Service provider, if you or any of your Multi-tenant customers have received Citrix Cloud Account deactivation email from Citrix, please ignore it. Citrix will consolidate your Multi-Tenant accounts within your parent OrgID and there will be no impact to the MT customers.
