After failing to upgrade the existing Cloud connector, the Cloud Connector was unistalled, but the instal was failing, showing status failed in Citrix Cloud console

connector URL was not whitelisted and not accessible from the server. 

Issue was with the installer file not be able to access  https://ccprodeu.blob.core.windows.net/downloads/connector/6.141.0.13739/cwcconnector.exe to install the components. 

Customer needed to whitelist the URL, once completed, the Cloud Connector successfully installed
