Please take care of the following configuration details when using Cloudpaging alongwith your Citrix Configuration
Cloudpaging Player and LogoffCheckSysModules
When using virtual published applications with Cloudpaging containers, the following will need to be configured to allow a session to logoff:
|
Registry Key |
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI |
|
Value Name |
LogoffCheckSysModules |
|
Value Type |
REG_SZ |
|
Value Data |
CoreHelper.exe |
CoreHelper.exe should be added to the existing list of processes, example:
"LogoffCheckSysModules"="process1.exe,process2.exe,CoreHelper.exe"
Caution! Refer to the Disclaimer at the end of this article before using the Registry Editor.
URLs for whitelisting
In addition to the standard URL whitelisting requirements, VDAs will need access to the following endpoint:
|
URL |
Port |
Client |
Forward Proxy Config for Web-Based Authentication |
Description |
|
external-api.cloudpager.net |
443 |
Cloudpager PoSh Module |
Outbound access allowed Authentication bypass required |
Cloudpager PowerShell Module |
Optionally, you can create a dedicated Delivery Group with a VDA to be used solely to perform Cloudpager discovery to limit the required whitelisting URLs.
We recommend you create a Delivery Group with a Machine with 2511 VDA + App packaging component installed.
Consult this Numecent knowledgebase article for additional information on Cloudpager Client network and firewall requirements: https://support.numecent.com/support/solutions/articles/1000310259
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
