Description
- Citrix Workspace Environment Management Web Console Configuration is configured without any error
- However, administrators are unable to login after entering the correct credentials
- Error: "The username or password is incorrect. Try again"
- Administrators are able to login correctly in Deprecated Citrix WEM Console
When checking the WEM Web Console log on "C:\ProgramData\Citrix WEM Public API.log" we can see the following error:
AuthDuration: 0
(Error) OnPremLogForwarderScheduler.InternalRun(), An error occurred while sending onprem logs. Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.
Cause
The "Infrastructure server name" was incorrectly configured (it had 2 dots in the example)
Resolution
Check and correct the "Infrastructure server name" on Citrix WEM Web Console Configuration
Issue/Introduction
Administrators are unable to login on Citrix WEM Web Console even though the credentials entered are correct.
