Solution
Install Scout Server on the first machine:
Launch the Scout Enterprise Management Suite installer.
Select "User defined" installation.
Choose the Scout Server feature in the features window and complete the installation.
Note: The Scout Server must be installed first to allow the exclusive installation of the Scout Console on a separate machine.
Install Scout Console on the second machine:
Run the same installer on the second machine.
Again, select "User defined" installation.
Choose the Scout Console feature and any other necessary options.
Ensure the Scout Server on the first machine is running during this installation.
Additional notes:
Same Database: Both installations must use the same Scout database.
Onboarding Destination: The machine with the Scout Server acts as the destination server for onboarding eLux clients.
To install Scout Enterprise Server on one machine and the Scout Enterprise Console on another, it is essential to follow specific steps to ensure proper configuration and functionality.
