Description
To address this problem, disable the IPv6 protocol as follows:

Open Advanced File Entries:
- Navigate to the device's configuration settings.
- Read more at Advanced file entries

Disable IPv6:
- Add a new entry to disable IPv6 on the device.
- Read more at Internet Protocol Version 6

Restart Devices:
- After configuring, restart each affected device to apply the changes.
Issue/Introduction
eLux devices intermittently appear as disconnected (red) and do not execute commands sent from Scout Enterprise Console. This issue may be due to the IPv6 protocol being enabled on the devices.
