When both Trellix DLP and CWA try to gain access to the Audio and Video Drivers upon reboot, the drivers error out with an error ID 38.
- Which then causes audio/video to break on the endpoint -> and if this is broken, then will be broken on Citrix session as well.
Please make sure that you are running CWA v2402 CU2 (or higher) for the Code Functionality [HDX-67276] is present so the registries will have effect.
Please create the following registries on the Endpoint:
Under the following locations:
- Registry path: HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\GenericUSB
- Registry path: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ICA Client\GenericUSB
- Registry path: HKCU\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ICA Client\GenericUSB
Both with:
- DWORD Registry Name: CompareFilterDriverName
- Registry Value = 1
