  • Each administrator should access the Database Connection Editor within Scout Console.

• Update Database Connection Settings:

  • Update the DB Settings in the Database Connection Editor to match the new database connection details, as previously configured by the primary administrator.
  • Ensure the Console tab settings in the SEPE interface for other admins match the primary configuration.

When updating database connection settings in Scout Console, administrators may notice that these settings are specific to each local user and cannot be applied globally.

Each administrator needs to update their Database Connection Editor individually, as Scout Console logon settings are stored locally and cannot be globally configured across all installations. By following these steps, all administrators should have consistent access to the updated database.
