Citrix License Server 11.17.2.0 build 53100 cannot reach License Activation Service on Citrix Cloud. You may not see WinHTTP proxy set but still tries to use authenticated proxy

Message: A proxy server is configured using the WnHTTP Autoproxy proxy setting. Manage these settings through the Active directory
