  1. Uninstall the Current Scout Version:

    • Open Control Panel > Programs and Features.
    • Select "Scout Enterprise Management Suite" and click Uninstall.

  2. Install the New Version of Scout:

    • Run the installer for the latest Scout version.
    • During the installation, connect Scout to the existing database.

  3. Important: Perform Database Backup:

    • Before upgrading Scout, always back up the existing database to prevent data loss.

Issue/Introduction
